In 4 years we have been providing lifestyle management and concierge services we have met a variety of requests, some interesting, some fun and some sad, but always it is our client′s needs that drive us. I hope that you find the following "stories" helpful in explaining the range of our abilities. But we are also open to developing new ones!

Gaelle, an artist. wanted to exhibit her works and gain feedback from many people whose opinion she respected. She asked Balancing Acts to host the evening by greeting her guests and serving the wines and canapés.

Tom and his wife have a holiday home in Marbella, where they spend most of the winter. Last year they had problems, their neighbours had moved and they had no one to ask to check their home regularly and pick up the post etc.

They asked Balancing Acts for help, and we went in on average 3 times a week ensuring that everything was as it should be, forwarding the post and watering the plants. They also decided it was a good time to decorate. We made sure that all went well, liaising with the decorator ensuring that the furniture was put back, cleaned throughout and filled the fridge for their return.

"Our home looked wonderful when we returned last night and to find milk in the fridge, fresh bread and fruit was a real plus. Thank you, I have never enjoyed redecorating as much. I shall speak to you in October if not before."

Recently moved into the area, Naomi was desperate to get her home into good order, but found her new employer was also making great demands. She asked us to find her a cleaner for a total clean and then a regular service, also a decorator and a plumber

Terry, an interim manager, had been working solidly for many years, and discovered one week end he could not get up the garden, it had overgrown so much. He realised that he needed help. He gave us the details of what he was looking for and asked us to get quotes. He also provided a list of other small repairs – floorboards to be repaired/replaced, tiles to be grouted, windows cleaned and the guttering to cleared.
